Well, this guy just dropped me a negative feedback with 0 proof. Just a kiddo getting pissed at me giving him one. Please do something about it.
With reference to this thread, https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/1141...p-(with-Aizen), Buyer contacted me through Skype on 7th June to purchase a PAD account from me. He used his 'many feedback' as a way to make me go first which was totally fine and I accepted it after some thought. But I was unable to issue device change code at that time because u can only issue once every 30 days. 30days will be up on 9th June so I asked buyer whether he wanted to wait and he said ok, so naturally I reserved it for him.
On 9th June morning GMT +8, he contacted me whether is it still for sale or not. However, I was still unable to issue the device change code since the in game day have not reset, which will reset 5 hours later so I'll be able to issue only then. He said 'ok sure' (exact quote). After the time reset I contacted him on Skype (4.10pm) and even on epicnpc since he said I can pm him here if he was uncontactable on Skype.
There was no reply until next day 11.40am and I replied within 15mins. However, there was no reply until 8.14pm where he suddenly did a 180 turn and said 'I think I will pass for now'. I rejected 2 potential deals for him, what a time waster and joke.
