What is the dispute about?
The password for the account I purchased from DereckKTD was changed on 07/10/2021, so when I tried logging in today (07/11/2021) I couldn't. I received no notice of the change and I still can't log in. I checked the marketplace and I saw the exact same account on two different threads with different prices (i.e. reselling), and this man even left a screenshot of my username on the list of showcase screenshots
Other details / notes:
I tried messaging him via discord and email, but he won't respond. Now: I have two backup accounts all on the same league as the account that was taken in case something like this happened; right now, DerickKTD has changed the username to "DeezNuts" but the characters and stats are extremely similar (they are not identical because he is using old screenshots to advertise).

To sum, the screenshots he sent me over discord are identical to the ones he has posted for sale, and my other two accounts show the same roster as the account I purchased, which he took and is reselling. I don't know what more proof is needed, but I would like to either get the account back or a refund (at least). I'm sure when he sees this he'll start to scramble stats in the account but I hope I captured everything I needed to with the corresponding timestamps and what not. Hope this can be resolved soon. Thanks.

To sum, the screenshots he sent me over discord are identical to the ones he has posted for sale, and my other two accounts show the same roster as the account I purchased, which he took and is reselling.
