Delina - Non-Sense & Fake Neutral Feedback - No Deal Happened

I have no time for these type of problems that causing by non-sense excuses and childish attitude. Person wanted to make an exchange for a very small amount of money that I wouldn't even bother, but I wanted to help him. I told him that I can do 1:1 trade with not any extra beneficial fees for myself after I am done with my current deliveries. And in any case, of course I will give priority to my current deals and customers rather than a random person who asks for a Skrill & Paypal exchange.

After that, he decided to say 'Ah so you arent going to reply thanks for wasting my time and enjoy neutral feedback'. When I see this notification, I had no reason left for waste my time with this person. I told him that I don't accept this type of attitude against me and just removed him from my friendlist. Then this neutral feedback appeared on my profile. I have never dealt with this person before or today.

I am trying to keep my business and record as clean as possible since 3 years and I don't accept to keep a neutral feedback that given by a random and childish user. This request wasn't even related to my business at all and I repeat, there was no service provided to this person by me.

He should have been punished for adding hate/false feedback against me but I really don't care about this kid. I kindly request of removal this neutral feedback from my profile.

I'm allowed to leave neutral feedback for slow service maybe you have to read rules before you make report? Also admins he left negative feedback for me could you please handle it.

OH i also noticed he edited out half of the messages, see me asking about 5.000? He treathened me with something like "I will give you 5.000" idk what that means, he was also very edgy he removed messages wish i took screenshots of it before

You see his edited message? he acts like innocent but in reality he said that " I don't even make money from this " I don't need to trade.

Made me wait 4 hours I stayed up untill 4 am cause of him he said i'll be ready in 20 mins and 2 hour past I messaged him he ignored my message for hour after hour I become really upset cause I needed to sleep, if he didn't wanted to do deal he should have told me from the begining I have every right to leave neutral feedback.

Feedback based on rudeness or slow service (non-extreme) can only be neutral, not negative.

If only he simply replied and told me that he didn't wanna do trade we wouldnt be having issue now.

How you can rate my service that you haven't even used before? Your feedback title says ''Terrible Service'' but, I never provided any of my services to you. How you can rate something that you don't even know?

If I would received something from you (such as money, accounts etc) and make you wait for hours before finalize our deal, then you would be right. But in this case, none of these happened. So I have no responsibility to you.

You are saying that you gave a neutral feedback to me because service was slow. You have to understand that there was no service needs to be given. I haven't received anything from you. So if there is no service that needs to be provided, then it cannot be slow. I have not any responsibility to answer you on my private Discord. I can answer whenever I want, however I want.

None of my core messages were edited or deleted. I never told you to wait for me or I have never received anything from you.

And as I stated before I wouldn't have left neutral feedback if you didn't straight up block me without fixing the problem that you caused not me you were one who was slow, you were the one who made me wait 3 hours, didn't reply to my messages, instead of saying sorry he blocked me like It was my fault in this situation.

He agreed to do trade but it was never done cause he ignored my messages for 3 hours and blocked me afterwards.

I left neutral cause he was both rude (by blocking me on discord without fixing the issue that he caused) and slow (it took 3 hours for him to reply and he only replied after I said that i was going to leave neutral feedback)

Feedback can not be left if no trade has occurred as stated in our rules both the neutral feedback left on bera will be removed and the negative left on yours will be removed once an admin is available.

Your logic is broken. Let's say I added someone for purchase a product but he was busy or unavailable so he haven't been able to respond to me for few hours. I haven't paid to him or I haven't received the product from him. Does that gives me right to add a bad feedback to his profile?
