Account was sold to me for 50$ via paypal friends and family
4/6/24 is when I was locked out of my account

On march 29th I approached dehavillandcomet about their post selling an E2S1 ahceron account for $50 usd, after asking questions and seeing positive feedback left on their profile we decided on the method of pay and the transaction itself went smooth. Right after, I tried changing the email and password to secure my new account but it said too many attempts try again later. The seller after researching let me know if would be possible to change the login info to mine after seven days, and assured me on epic npc dms we would try again then and in the meantime they would not log into the account. After that we left each other reviews. Since March 29th because of school and work I have been logging in with the info they provided to do daily maintenance and even put my own money to get E6S5 acheron, including 30 day pass and nameless honor (I have receipts for all these purchases straight from my bank). Last night April 5th around midnight est was the last time I played on my account, today I finally had time to sit down and do things outside of work and school so I tried messaging them to see if they were around to change the login info on this 9th day as before I was always working including the 7th and 8th days after transaction and only logged on briefly when it was super late for both sides. However, I found that I was blocked on epic npc, and the login info they had provided me for the account was changed. To make matters worse checking their profile I saw they resold my account soon after.

@Soul3are Were communication made within our website? If yes, provide chat logs with the user. We do not usually investigate cases if our Trade Guardian services are not used. Although if you provide me with valid user PayPal Email (needs to be visible) and chat logs are within our website. I will pick up this case.
