REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Once the CS2 account has been successfully delivered, refunds are no longer supported.
However, if the account is not working or has a valid issue upon delivery, we will review the case and may provide a replacement account once the issue has been verified.

Please make sure to report any issues as soon as possible after receiving the account.

Refunds: Not supported after delivery
Replacement: * Available for verified account issues
