DDOS Attack

Since Friday the 27th, MMOBay.net has been under a DDOS attack that has brought the site and forums down. The site has been up since early Sat, however due to the nature of the attack not everyone could reach the site.

The attack was a BotNet type of attack, which is very hard to block since the attack traffic is similar to normal traffic. A wide range of IPs were blocked, some legit, so some members were falsely blocked, however the majority of visitors should have been able to reach the site without problems since early Sat.

It appears the attack has stopped, however the added restrictions are still in place and will remain for a bit longer.

Also, I don't quite understand what sentence structure has to do with being taken seriously because you obviously still got the point, which was the goal of the post.
