He contacted me the next day that he played few matches on it "won 1, lost like 3/4" and got OW ban which is my fault. I said i cannot take responsibility for the account he already played several matches and I questioned his credibility.

As additional information I would like to write a short summary of our chat, firstly he mentioned "****ing up" a scammer he was dealing with (finding his fb, mother's phone and so on), which was supposed to put more pressure on me later on i guess. Then he kept decreasing the amount of time he has spent on this account, from around 5 games to 2 hours in last post on forum that got removed. He wanted to give me back the account for me to resell it (?) and get a "clean" one. He firstly insisted on getting a clean one and not accepting a refund, and at the end he wanted me to give him 5 euro and he will forget about it... He was highly inconsistent and did not provide any proof, the account is not vac banned and OW ban is followed by VAC ban. Also he said in the feedback and on forum it was LEM but i sold him LE which he confirmed in our chat on skype. Finally he went from OW banned to nearly banned to flagged. Again without any evidence... Please remove the feedback and clean my thread in csgo section.

PS I avoided screenshotting some stuff when he was bragging about his last revenge, if admin deems it is important to the case I will provide them, but it would also contain a picture of a supposed scammer, so I thought it might not be good idea to publish a personal photo.

How long did he have account before complaining? around 24 hours? I do not see evidence of ban on account. A warning though would not show as far as I know. Now banned to nearly banned to warned is a big difference. He ma have over reacted to original message he received about infraction. But we need proof to continue.

If the account was actually banned in 24 hours. I'd have to say you should give a refund or account out of goodwill. Because in such a short span it is hard to determine who is at fault to infraction. But clearly its playable today the 20th.

Now a warning on the account is not a big deal really and could be actioned on very quickly.
This should be simple to resolve.

I can see your point and i tend to agree. However i do not understand why wouldn't he take ss right when he got OW ban and post it on steam profile in order to timestamp the event. I had no idea how to react due to lack of evidence. I have been playing CSGO for over 18 months and it happens hardly ever that a clean player gets OW ban (mostly to pro players who were smurfing and im way below that level), so I just find it hard to believe that I am somehow at fault here. If I were attempting to scam him with as he called "flagged account", I wouldn't give him my epicnpc profile and just delete him after I received the payment... I just want to clarify what has happened and how, but he isn't making it any easier for either of us. Bottom line, I am not here to make war, so I am willing to find a solution that will neither harm any of us, nor benefit the other too much.

I dont know why I didnt take screenshot, I didnt think it would be significant, and if he would of asked for it straight away, I would of have, but he didnt. I have messaged him about OW ban straight away after getting kicked mid game.

At this point, I have no feedback to give, as it seems that he put everything up. I have bought new account, from a friend and been playing on the account since morning, no OW ban, all points that I can think of, either you LOLYOU that play that good and got flagged and OW banned or cheated. I want a refund, not another flagged account.

Sorry I have mistaken, and double checked the time when I received new accounts steamguard code. 7.20pm. Now its 5:53am, been playing until now. No OW ban, played couple games on the account Meamphis passed me, OW ban.

Primo I asked you for proof or evidence multiple times, you can check the screenshots. You said you don't need proof. There is one now (vac ban on profile), though it's a bit late.


Secundo are you trying to prove something with new account you are playing on? If that is so, then I would have highly greater credibility as I have played on over 50 accounts without any OW ban and can link you most of them.


Tertio as doomedtofail said, it is indeed hard to determine who is at fault here if the OW ban followed in a short timespan, but you have played on it few games. My proposal would be, that I give you another LE account and you wait 3/4 days before playing on it, so there won't be any doubts if something as extraordinary was to happen again.

I leave the final verdict up to admin, but I am open to discussion.








Actually we could do it in an easier way. Since we both lost something of a value (on my side it's an account, on his money), I think it would be fair if I gave him back half of the payment, since we cannot determine who is at fault, this way we both lose equal amount. Also I would like to have the feedback removed as it does not say anything true or anything that can be proven.

You didn't provide any proof at all, anyway the transaction itself was flawless and you had no issues nor did I. Thus it is not valid, since the problem appeared later on and neither of us can prove who's guilty here. Therefore we should be both guilty or not at all I would say. No matter how you look at it, the feedback does not fit.

By the way, you cannot get a chargeback on a virtual item, so please stop it, I am not trying to keep the money, but it would be a bit unfair to refund you and stay with negative feedback. Let's wait until this case is once more reviewed by an appropriate member of epicnpc.



PS Can you finally add screenshot from ingame menu and past 8 matches?

If Meamphisto is willing to refund David92k return account to him and make sure he has access to it Meamphisto will then refund.
DO NOT file a charge back. you will then owe Meamphisto money as paypal charges a fee for bank and credit card disputes to seller.

Feedback will be removed either way. Theres no way to prove who really caused the ban. And the ban/warning can happen instantly

I simply cannot believe how twisted his point of view is. I have sold an account right after I aquired the 10th win, but when he finally provided the screenshot you can see that he played AT LEAST 8 matches on this account ( when i asked, he didn't deny and said "was mistake, could be idk"). Yes I will give him the account as we agreed on the skype. Please remove the feedback and clear my thread, I wish to forgot about this freak as soon as possible. That case is one huge joke and I had enough of his bullshit, I feel like I am the one getting scammed here... You might have trouble deciding who caused the ban if it followed quickly, but 8+ matches? I didn't get enough reports to be reviewed by OW whilst ranking up anyway. I am only giving him another account coz doomedtofail deemed it a worthy compensation. I will never refund anything like that again, a cheater could simply rage in few matches after he buys an account and then ask for another coz the seller "got it banned". I do not imply that he is trying to keep a practice of this kind, but it is something you could certainly pull of if I were to refund accounts with so many matches played after the account was sold. Sorry i got emotional, so the form might be a bit unwell, but I just hate when someone is bending the reality this much...
