Database Errors and Downtime

On Monday while we were performing some optimizations to the server a critical file was deleted that we did not have a backup of. It took a while to determine the correct course of action and we ended up having to recreate the file that was deleted.

The store and credits system are currently disabled. We are still working on this as well.

At this time most features should be working. Search is one function currently not working, but should be fixed within the hour. Old tags are also currently not working.

Once those issues are fixed we'll work on fixing the store and credit system. Hopefully everything can be back to normal by the end of today.

I apologize for the downtime and we'll make sure something like this doesn't happen again.

If you find any database errors aside from tags and search, please post here.

The new thread issue was fixed a few mins ago, so it should be working for him now.

The inbox is because the Store is disabled. All items purchased from the store are also currently disabled. Once it's restored all items will be enabled again.

Credits and the Store have been enabled.

Unfortunately thread tags have been lost. This means members will have to re-add tags back to their threads.

You can do this by scrolling to the bottom of your thread page and clicking the "add/edit tags" button on the right side.

The Chat might take a while to figure out, most likely not today, but we'll try to have it fixed by tomorrow.

What browser are you using? Can you try a different browser to test?

but on firefox its works normal

using Chrome as well, chat is working for me. There is something on your end I believe.

Could be a popup blocker or some sort of anti-adware
