I have a question regarding "verified member" upgrade.

1. If i dont have any passport, can i use my national ID card which is registered on both my Credit card issuer and Bank account

2. If it is not eligible, can i use any documents from local police precint which is eligible (in Indonesia) to verify my identity?

You can use any ID that is government issued. So a national ID, military ID or in some cases, depending on the country, even Health Care IDs are acceptable.
