I don't know how or if i got dobbed in.. i did everything like *Black Out names of charas* and yet i got banned.. i tried selling my(http://www.markeedragon.com/forums/ubbth...ge_#Post2669089) account i went into log in to make sure everything is alright with my account and that i can change email address and remember the secret password and i get this.(http://img246.imageshack.us/img246/5600/bannedwowaccount.png) have no idea whats happening i've got no emails from blizzard.. is this really the cost of trying to trade accounts.. what happens now? i didn't want my account banned all together i don't even care what charas i have now

i guess im posting this to warn everyone the real risk this is just annoying and depressing.

yea that could be it dude. you have to black out the server names too man. all they have to do is know what server you're on, then they can already tell if you're alli or horde by the screenshots, and then they look for the similiar gear/stats, and then they know who you are. sucks dude.

I would suggest you call Blizzard and demand to know why your account was banned, its strange that you didnt get an e-mail.

I like to think that Blizzard employees have better things to do than browse these forums, and have never really heard of an account getting banned for posting its character name on these forums. We simply advise that you cover everything up as a precaution.
