yes customers said they were logged in already but it is not working
the picture is from mine and i can see another seller's page without login.
There are some guys have same issue, But I can't search how to fix it.

Darcness was disabled last month, he needs to unlock it first, then it will work. Login > Recovery Options > unlock.
