I offer graphic design, website services, and custom software development for clients who need polished visual assets, a new or improved website, a practical tool, a modification to an existing open-source project, or a purpose-built application. Every request is reviewed for feasibility before a price or delivery estimate is offered.
You receive a written scope, fixed release price, milestone plan, and clearly defined maintenance options before development begins.
SERVICES
- Graphic design — logos, banners, marketplace thread graphics, advertisements, digital promotional assets, icons, lightweight brand kits, and UI mockups
- Website design and development — landing pages, portfolios, business and service websites, responsive layouts, redesigns, feature additions, forms, dashboards, and approved third-party integrations
- Website and graphic modifications — updates to client-owned or properly licensed designs, themes, templates, and open-source website projects
- Windows applications and utilities — desktop tools, dashboards, launchers, data utilities, workflow tools, and API-connected applications
- Browser extensions — Chrome, Edge, and Firefox extensions, page enhancements, workflow helpers, notifications, and approved integrations
- Open-source modifications — new features, UI changes, bug fixes, integrations, modernization, and custom builds where the project's license permits the requested work
- Workflow and data integrations — data processing, reporting, alerts, and connections between client-authorized services
- Select gaming plugins and mods — considered when the game already has an established plugin/modding ecosystem with public documentation, an official or widely accepted SDK/API, or useful open-source examples
- Repair and continuation work — assessment of an incomplete or abandoned codebase when the client has the legal right to provide and modify it
Game development policy: Plugin or mod requests are reviewed case by case. I will usually decline full game development and projects without a documented, legitimate development path. I do not offer cheats, anti-cheat bypasses, malicious exploits, credential theft, malware, spam tools, unauthorized access, DRM/license bypasses, or tools designed to evade platform enforcement.
I also do not provide platform attacks, raids, mass messaging, bulk-account creation, fake engagement, or services that sell or manipulate likes, views, followers, members, badges, or account verification.
STARTING PRICE GUIDE
All prices are in USD. These are starting ranges, not automatic quotes. Complexity, integrations, testing requirements, documentation, and delivery schedule affect the final price.

Your original release price (“X”) is the fixed development price agreed in writing for the first accepted release. Larger projects may be divided into funded milestones. Work outside the written scope is quoted separately before it begins.
WARRANTY, UPDATES & SUPPORT
30-day defect warranty — included
For 30 calendar days after acceptance, I will correct reproducible defects that cause the delivered work to fail the agreed written requirements. This does not include new features, changed requirements, third-party service changes, unsupported environments, or problems caused by client modifications.
Refund policy: A refund is available only if I am unable to fulfill the agreed final deliverable by 30 calendar days after the agreed final-delivery deadline. Delays of 30 days or less do not qualify. The deadline must be identified in writing as the agreed final-delivery deadline; an estimate is not a refund deadline. Any eligible refund is limited to prepaid amounts for unfulfilled scope, less documented non-refundable third-party costs. Accepted milestones, completed work, client cancellation, and client-caused delays are non-refundable.
If original project funding includes required third-party tools or services—such as paid software, licenses, hosting, domains, API usage, developer accounts, or assets—amounts already paid or irrevocably committed to those providers are excluded from a refund. The remaining unused funding is the refundable amount. For ordinary projects, these direct costs are normally a smaller portion of the initial funding, with a planning estimate of approximately 5–20%. This is not a fixed fee or cap: paid APIs, cloud usage, specialist licenses, and client-requested services can cost more. The exact costs must be disclosed in the written project agreement before they are incurred.
Optional six-month maintenance plan: 15–25% of X, with a $125 minimum
Optional annual maintenance after that: 25–40% of X per year, with a $250 minimum
Maintenance is intended for reasonable compatibility, dependency, security, and supported platform/API updates. Each plan creates a prepaid maintenance budget valued at $45 per engineering hour. Work is deducted from that budget, unused time expires at the end of the term, and any work beyond it requires written approval. Major rewrites, new features, and changes caused by a discontinued or fundamentally redesigned third-party service require a separate quote.
Premium support: available from $95/month, with the exact response target and included support time stated in your agreement. One-time support is available from $55/hour. Support covers installation help, configuration questions, troubleshooting, and priority communication; it does not silently add unlimited coding or new features.
CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENT
Payment method: Cryptocurrency only. Fiat and other payment methods are not accepted.
The fixed project price is quoted in USD unless the written quote states otherwise. Before payment, the exact cryptocurrency asset, network, amount, wallet address, and required confirmation target will be confirmed in the EpicNPC private-message or transaction record. A payment is treated as received only after the stated on-chain confirmations. TG transaction methods can be used where applicable on request.
AI-ASSISTED DEVELOPMENT DISCLOSURE
AI-assisted tools may be used to help with planning, design, coding, documentation, and testing. They are used as development tools; each deliverable remains defined by the written scope and is reviewed and tested before delivery. Non-public client code, data, credentials, and materials will not be submitted to a third-party AI service unless that use is specifically disclosed and accepted in writing.

IMPORTANT TERMS
- No project begins without an agreed written scope and price.
- New features and changed requirements are separate change requests.
- Source-code delivery, ownership, redistribution rights, and exclusivity are stated in the project agreement. Third-party and open-source components retain their original licenses.
- The client must have permission to provide all code, accounts, content, data, and credentials used for the project.
- Paid third-party services, developer accounts, certificates, hosting, store fees, and API usage are not included unless specifically listed.
- External platform approval, store acceptance, game/account safety, and the continued availability of third-party services cannot be guaranteed.
- A refund is available only if I cannot fulfill the agreed final deliverable by 30 calendar days after the agreed final-delivery deadline. It is limited to prepaid, unfulfilled scope as stated in the project agreement.
- Payment, milestone, cancellation, acceptance, privacy, and delivery terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Cryptocurrency is the only accepted payment method; TG transaction methods can be used where applicable on request.
- AI-assisted tools may be used during the project. Non-public client materials are not submitted to third-party AI services without prior written approval.
