The Estate is located in Empyreum, Plot 22/52.
It is the tallest and best plot in the area, having an overview of the entire district and having a marketboard right outside.
A sub workshop has already been built and is ready for upgrading.
FC is at a very high rank with all of the upgrades and extras unlocked.
You will be added to the FC for 30 days prior to being able to take over as the proper Owner due to the new implementations on how FC's function. However, you will have access to being able to lock/unlock the estate, spend all the credits, decorate the house to your desire, send and claim sub voyages and build new ones, and any other options that normal Owners would be able to do. During this time I will log on sparingly to add you to the FC and to transfer ownership at the end of the wait period, so you will have total privacy during this time.
