I am selling a Small FC House in Shirogane plot 41

You don't need to own a house, the FC with the house will be transferred to you after 30 days due to the new FC member limitations.
You can either pay half of the payment upfront, and the rest of the half before the FC leadership gets transferred to you.
Or you can pay in full after the 30 days before FC leadership gets transferred to you. Whichever you feel safer with.
