Credits didn't add after purchase

Hi!
I decided to get the unlimited edit function, so I needed two 3$ credit packs. I bought the first one using the card, everything went ok, I got the credits instantly. I did the second payment and this time credits weren't added to my account. It still only has initial 375 credits added.
Money were substracted from my card twice properly, but only one purchase worked.

What should I do now?

I apologize. I see both payments, but I'm not sure why the 2nd one didn't work. I see the payment was accepted and don't see any problems.
