First off, I'm truly sorry for your loss and that the transaction didn't go as you expected it to but why does Jesus have become associated in a conversation like this?
This is a forum that focusing on account sales, trades and purchases.
This forum has two working Admins that handles all the payments, refunds, and membership upgrades.
They also work scheduled times, and they share the same office so it's impossible for them to sit in their office 24/7 to observe every activity in this site.
Super Moderators doesn't have the ability to make such actions so you have to hold on and wait for one or both of the Admins to come online.
I can forward this to them, but a reply might be expected from them first when it's late evening in my country.
This forum has members from all the world, most countries in this continent have different time zones so it makes pretty much sense that members from
other countries all around the world have to adapt to others when it comes to the Internet. If they want issues solved as fast as possible in a time that works for both parts.
So yes, please hang on and you will have a talk with on of the others admins, as FYI the Admins are also located in the same country as you and they usually starts their work 10 am EST.
Make to count that it may vary from times to times depending if it's a holiday or a normal working day. Might also happen that only one Admin works on holiday as one are the site founder
and the other one hired.
