I need reply #2 to be deleted because the one that gave me a feedback didn't know that there's a feedback feature and also i don't want people/mods to think that the feedback is a fake or spam because there're two feedback

It happens quite often with new members, so I wouldn't worry about it. That said, I removed it as a one off.
