This guy is a moron. I knew he was being fishy the whole time from the way he talked and all, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt (mistake) because I figured there was a chance he was foreign and just spoke different.
The deal was 4k WoW gold for $72 via Western Union. He told me he sent the payment online with my info on it, and told me the MTNC number. I went to the store, and it being my first time using WU didn't know I needed his name. I had to go back home and ask for his name, which he didn't give me for $30 mins, saying that because he gave me the MTNC number, I should give him the gold. I pleaded with him to stop making this hard, to look at my feedback as I just sold 6k last night that only took minutes. I showed him the gold in game and still he gave me problems. Finally I convinced him and he gave me a name and location (LA, CA) ... I went BACK to the store, only to find that he had wasted my time and gas. No such MTNC number even came up, nor did any with my name or his name on it. I came back and yelled at him and told him I would be doing this, and he turned to "yur mums a [censored]" and other 6 year old insults. Here is the only info he gave me (all that was required), but IDK if it's even true or if he made that up too.
