CN account with all limited Lucky Guy skins

As the title states I'm looking to see if anyone has an CN account for sale that has all of the survivor Lucky Guy's limited skins (Souichi, Crazy Geng Hao, Brown, Makoto Naegi, Paranormal Researcher, and the recent Starflight Journey). Also his one limited accessory that went along the Souichi skin.

I main on NA/EU IOS (not trading or selling), so I don't have the opportunity to get his CN exclusive skins. Honestly I'd be happy enough to get his CN exclusive skins minimum.

I can get the other skins he has on my own sense they aren't limited, so the limited ones are my only concern.

I don't have a budget right now, I'm simply just seeking around. But if someone does have his skins then I'd collect a budget.

Also I have no idea how to even get a CN account ;w;
Sense I'm not a Chinese citizen, and they seem to require some kind of verification. It sounds impossible and I'm scared I'd get caught and have the account banned-
