What is the dispute about? He contacted me wanting to buy a pax sivir skin code. So i go to my supplier get a pax sivir code and then tell him im ready. He sends the moeny to me but I never get it... he claims to have sent it, even showed me proof, however It is not showing up in paypal or my bank account which is strange. I do not want any of us being banned Im just saying this is an awkward situation because I never got the money even though he sent it...
