This guy wanted to deceive me. He offered to exchange accounts, but I have to do it first. I disagreed, and did not believe him. His account was better than mine. After all, he offered an exchange to another account, which was worse than mine. But he would have given me the acc first. I lied and said that this account is that he wants to trade was stolen. But I did not know that this account was indeed stolen. He agreed that it was stollen. 
After all, I have found him here as busted scammer.
