Citygamer cannot access forum after relaumch

Hi. Posting this thread of behalf of account owner of Citygamer.

He cant log on after the relaunch of the forums. It says (when he tries to recover his password) that he doesnt have permission.

Is there any way he can contact admin without beeing logged on?
