Cheapest way of getting Steamwallet money to PayPal!

Does anyone know the right item to buy from the market, gifts to sell or any other methods to transfer money as cheap as possible from your Steam account to your PayPal account (PayPal as example).
So avoiding the big fee's and losses!

Please share your best method! Because currently I pomped 200 euros in cs:go keys to sell for 2$ ea and lost quite some on it!
(Don't ask why I have 200 euros on my steam wallet, i'm a loser.)

Go to steamtrades.com and say that you are selling any game off the Steam store for 80% of it's price via paypal, including those that are already discounted. If you are from US, it works better.
