I asked the seller about buying 1 million gil on Lamia. The seller said it would take 10 minutes. I then paid for the gil. However, I was only sent 600k. I told the seller. The seller wanted to give me a refund for 400k. I told them it was unacceptable because I had purchased 1 million and that's how much I wanted. The seller then said that they didn't trust me so they only wanted to sell me "half" (although 600k isn't half of 1 million, but whatever). I have now spent over an hour talking with this seller about this when it was supposed to take "10 minutes." And it will probably take even longer when I have to call Paypal and file a dispute. I almost want to say heck with it because it was only $17, but I hate the idea of someone getting over on me.

The only true motive I can guess for the seller saying they had 1 million was they only had about 600k actually and I said that I wanted to buy 1 million. So they intentionally lied in order to get me to buy the amount they had rather than the amount I wanted.

1,first the buyer asked me if i could deliver "now",i said need 10+ mins because he was a new customer need verify payment,

2,after he paid,he kept saying he would chargeback the money,but one of my gold farmer was sending 600k already

3,i stopped another of the gold farmer from sending and asked the buyer if he need a partial refund

I did ask about "now." Not sure why you think that's a crime or something. I also explained to you that saying "10+ mins" means a minimum of 10 minutes and no specified maximum time for delivery. After that, you changed your story and said it would only take 10 minutes.

This doesn't make sense. If you're claiming you were fearful that I would file a dispute, I don't see why you want to give me a partial refund. It doesn't add up.

I really believe you just have less than 1 million gil in stock and you are making up these excuses because of that.
1,yes,you said "now" that didn't make sense,because new customer payment verify process need a few mins,

2, you said you would a refund as the first gold farmer was sending the gil,the only thing i can do is to stop the rest gil from sending

3,honest say,some realms sometimes i am out of stock,but today i am full stock.10 mil stock on most of the realms.

I still don't see why you seem to think me asking if I would be delivered the Gil "now," in other words, within a few minutes, is so ghastly.

I said I would file a dispute with Paypal after you told me you wanted to refund a portion of my order. First, I tell you I only received 600k, then you said you would refund my money for 400k. That means you knew you did not have the other 400k to deliver. This was when I said I would file a dispute with Paypal. Then you changed your story and said you did not want to deliver the full 1 million because I said I would file a dispute.

If you were out of stock, you should have said that when I asked how long it would take to deliver my order. Saying it will take 10 minutes implies you have stock.

I can't understand how you think a partial refund is acceptable customer service. If I purchase something from eBay and I buy multiple items of it, receiving a refund for half of the items instead of the items would not leave me happy. If someone buys something, they want what they bought.
