Chat Temporary Disabled

The chat has been temporary disabled as it appears it has caused an issue with site loading speeds. The chat is hosted by a 3rd party, so we have little control over it.

Once the issue has been resolved we will re-enable the chat. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Update: April 29, we have still not bee able to resolve this slowness. Most likely this will result in some downtime today as we continue to test and possibly make changes to the server configuration. Downtime can range from a few minutes to a few hours and you might see it go down multiple times. Check our Facebook page for updates if you notice prolonged downtime.

Update 2: I think we might have resolved the issue. The chat has been turned back on. We'll continue to monitor things for the next hour or so, but so far it looks like page loads are back to normal.

You sure its that chat? I am not sure if its just me but since yesterday load times are insanely high and sometimes just stall out. every other site is normal, just epicnpc.

It does not appear the cause was the chat, however it made the issue worse. We're still investigating, so until this is fixed the chat will remain disabled. Hopefully everything will be back to normal soon.

The chat feature was making the site a little bit slower although it was useful for faster contact.

THe site is working exteremely slow for me. But if I spam F5 sometimes it loads within a second (as it used ot be)

Chat is back up and I believe the issue has been resolved, but we're still monitoring the situation.

It's still slow sometimes when you refresh pages and such. 80% of the time it works okay, but sometimes it takes much longer than it used to be to load up the page.

Yeah, we're still noticing some minor issues and are looking into it.
