Chat Improvements - Pinned chats + Flags

We've made two improvements today for the chat system.

1) Member flags will now display at the top of the chat so members can easily see the country information. If the user is not phone verified, that icon will display instead.
2) Star/Pin system - Members can now pin chats to the top of their list.

Hello. I'm usually using mobile phone when i log in and do transactions on epicnpc, but when it comes to paying tradeguardian fee, i cant seem to scroll down in order to proceed to the next page when paying fees for middleman

Its stuck in that page, even if i request desktop site. Still cant scroll down to proceed. I tried with android phone. Its still same problem.
