Chat Disputes are now reviewable

[EpicNPC]

Starting today, EpicNPC will once again investigate any non-Trade Guardian disputes as long as the full chat takes place onsite.

In order to report a problem, click on the gear icon in the chat message. This will allow you to select from 2 types of reports.

• Dispute report - a transaction started or completed and there's a problem.
• Normal report - Any other type of issue, including trolling, spam, swearing, abuse, harassment, ect.

As stated, all communication MUST take place on EpicNPC chat. If you go to an off-site chat for payment or account transfer, the transaction is not eligible to be investigated.

It is very time consuming the collect evidence and investigate a dispute, so we ask that you keep all communications on EpicNPC. Thank you.


Older disputes (update)
We're receiving requests to investigate disputes that occurred many month ago due to his policy change. Unfortunately we cannot properly investigate disputes that are more than 30 days old. With any dispute, timing is important and we want to be able to investigate a dispute immediately after it happens. The longer it's delayed the more difficult it is to investigate as many more things can happen.

Because of that, any dispute that occurred more than 30 days ago is not eligible to be investigated. Sorry.

Summaries of the disputes are then posted here if the dispute results in a ban.

I just remembered that I was wrongly accused by buyer even though all convos were placed on epic and i already submitted the chat evidence, staff kept instantly closing my disputes.
Good thing they want to listen now!

We frequently receive reports about rudeness, trolling, and similar behavior. many users end up reporting those issues through the user's profile instead.

Is a bit hard to find it since one gear icon is also on top, so it can be confusing
