Sorry, the account can't be banned. None of mine are banned. You didn't show any proof of banning in our chat. Your reasoning for the chargeback is an account not delivered with whatever your statement. Your attempt at scamming is not welcomed here.
The funny thing is that you want to purchase another account the day later and after that, you filed a chargeback for not delivery. You open a dispute and escalated to a claim within a couple of hours and you have a whole 2 weeks to cancel the dispute but you didn't. I won the dispute unfortunately for you.

My account got banned after messaging you to purchase an account and i escalated the claim as an item not as described? And no proof of banning? What is that banned notice for then?

This photo can be found anywhere on google images or any forum if you search this up. Why don't you prove with Paypal or reach out to me? I have seen enough of claiming" Account banned" but I can safely sure since the game released, I have none banned.

You should have gone to jail for scamming and fraud but luckily for you, it's the internet and the amount is low. You abused the system for your own benefit.
