What is the dispute about?
Initially this transaction went smoothly using trade guardian and middleman service.
After the transaction is complete, Uhlju92 reported that someone made this transaction without his permission on paypal. I just realized the next day even though he did a chargeback about 2-3 hours after the transaction, this chargeback report put my paypal balance on hold, Uhlju92 hope his money go back to his paypal account and keep my account.
