what is this for:
Monster hunter world custom order: tempered kirin kill + 3h farm

after giving him ~25% discount ( paid 60 usd instead of 82 ) we couldnt start the order immediately coz his assigned booster had real life to handle. he was told boost will be started in about 6-7h. we tried to squeeze him in another guy tht already had order nad had to pause coz of him. mid boost ( on tempered kirin kill - which is btw the hardest part of his order, and THE HARDEST boss in the game to that hunter rank) he kicks my booster offline changes password mid boost and demands refund ! We do not refund once orders are started, and i believe the few hours delay on start is not enough reason for him to file chargeback or demand money back.

here u can see boost started like 5h after placing the order, and he starts complaining that we were late and knows we are in and doing work already. Also NOWHERE in the chat log could i find that he specifically said not to take order unless cant be started in next hour or two. but he is welcomed to correct me. he id not say such thing when palcing the order. only after 5h.

he threatened to file chargeback, do notify him pls. not sure about epicnpc rules, but i think 5 horus delay on start is in no way enough to file chargeback, especially when boost is ongoing. had he filed cb before start we can refund, but we paused big order coz of him and he kicks us out before killing kirin. it sux really bad...

Thread does not state boosting is immediate start, and 99% of boost jobs do not start immediately anyway. Its unfair for buyer to expect this.
You are part way through job so you are owed for that.

Their website clearly states you can modify orders if you wish to. I'll also include a screenshot where the booster attempted to lie about the hourly rate and get more money out of me. But after trying to modify my order and have the remainder refunded to me I was flat out refused. This is where the disrespectful and confrontational attitude emerged.

putting hunter rank 49-50 on the calculator is the kirin quest which as u can see is 37 usd and u were charge only (3h boost + 15 for the kirin = 60 usd).

I wasn't even going to cancel the order to begin with. Even after you misled me as to when the order would be started. I was just going to let you guys do the quest and get a refund for the hourly. You literally told me no. Like...what? Then when I told you I wanted to cancel the entire order you turn into a total POS. Start calling me an ungrateful kid? What? Just give me my money back. You misled me as to when you would start, you've tried to scam me on hourly rate, you've been extremely disrespectful to a customer that has every right and reason to request a modification to order or a refund, and you've been dishonest in your posts. You're trying to say $37 for the kirin quest as hr 49-50? Because completing the quest removes the cap on your HR until you have to complete another at 100? Lol. Sorry, just because a reward for completing this particular quest is having my HR temporarily removed doesnt mean you get to charge me $37. In fact, my HR, upon completion of said quest, is going to jump up to around 53-55. Because I already got all those ranks myself. Not you.

All of that is pointless though due to the simple fact that you agreed to the rate of 15/hr for the farm and 15 for the quest completion. Simple as that. You dont get to charge me the full BS price because I cancelled the other half of order.

there is no option on our paypal to give partial refunds but i will double check this. the only way u can change order atm is either we do smth else for the sameprice or pay extra for more work. if insisted we can do less work if not started already but will ahve to refund the current one after u paid for the smaller order. not possible to send 60 usd to us and we refund 30 back, paypal doesnt allow that only way to do it is to pay again and get the original refunded after...

that 15 usd per mosnter kill is not for tempered kirin quest. it sayas nothing about TEMPERED elder dragons, but elder dragons only which is normal version of the monster. the website price was not updated now, not that this is important but if it is i can send ss to staff from my wordpress settings with changelog history. thr 14.99 is for epicnpc users that come to skype coz when sent as gift no fees and is same to us like 16.99 on website, this istn even the topic we could say 20 usd h why it matters it has nothing to do with this case...

I paid money and agreed to the price. Which was $45 for 3 hrs of farming and $15 for a kirin kill. So you're right. Just like he agreed to the price. Right? The other prices are null and void. I canceled the entire order in skype. You want that screenshot too? I blocked booster after the fact. Obviously I would change my password. I owe him 50% for doing nothing? tldr: You misled me on time order would be started. Then when I wanted to modify order you flat out refused. Then you became a disrespectful POS. I just finished the "hardest quest in game" by myself. Solo. With my current gear. Took a couple hours but I did it. So you can refund me $15 USD and just do the 3 hours of farming.

You are not our only customer you know, we have no time nor the ability to offer 100% perfect service every time to everyone. You could just ask for partial order without threatening to chargeback and report us for scamming and so on...

I'm not even arguing the price with you. I already finished Kirin on my own. I am not sending you another 45 dollars when you already have $60 of mine because suddenly (after about 5 transactions where I sent money first and we had no issues) you dont trust me and you're apparently incapable of sending me $15 through paypal. no point to argue with him, there is no option for 50% or 75% partial refunds on paypal only full. i will refund his 60 usd after 45 is sent i take it epicnpc can trust us on that ?
