What is the dispute about? Customer is attempting to dispute a payment as unauthorized 4 months later, he has bought multiple times from me in the last 6-7 months
Other details / notes: i spoke to him after he opened the dispute today (4 months since we did our last trade) he is claiming somebody hacked his paypal and gmail and there is no way for him to get it back because they changed his paypal information, apparently they opened the dispute for him.
i would like to close the forum dispute if he choses to cancel the paypal dispute, it is obviously a fraudulent dispute and i have provided paypal with all the information they need proving so aswell.
he had only purchased ffxi ingame GIL (currency) from me and i delivered right after he paid every time.
