Buyer has filed a chargeback after 3 months of buying and implied that item was not as described. They complained about the account missing one Permanent card when I didn't even said in the EpicNPC listing that ALL permanent cards are in the account, I only listed it has complete LIMS/LIMITED cards. I contacted the buyer about it and his reply is on the proofs section. He lied about his account being suspended but when my friend checked the account, it still works and I found out the buyer trying to trade the account, giving me more proof that the account is not really suspended or they are either trading off a suspended account.
Other details / notes: Paypal has already deducted the amount from me but I had it disputed so hoping for a positive answer from them soon and get my money back.

So we talked about the account last December 21, 2021. I answered all of his questions honestly and quickly as possible. You may check our message history for proof. I was just waiting for a friend if they will offer for my account but sadly they didn't contact me anymore so I just sold the account to otakucopz and refused other offers.
I then asked the buyer to contact me at discord to settle the transaction there and they contacted me with the user below.
Our transaction went smoothly and he paid after making it clear to me. After payment, I sent him the account asap and asked him to check it. It made him download a few files from the game but after that, it was all good until he messaged me the next day about the account having one missing PERMANENT card of the group: WXS. In the picture below you can see 4 members, a male blonde with two girls with pink and green hair and purple male at the last. The group is called WXS.
The card that they mentioned above is a PERMANENT card not a LIMITED/LIMS card. As I have stated in my EpicNPC listing, it only has complete WXS LIMS not PERMANENT cards.
Lims/Limited - Can be obtained for a limited time
Permanent - Can be obtained anytime

There is also proof that otaku was the buyer of the account and had no problem after.
To explain further, here are the current WXS limited/lims cards since last year that I got before the account got bought: They are in red dots.
After 3 months, I suddenly got an email from Paypal about a buyer issuing a chargeback so I sent my proofs to them and waited for their bank's decision.
I tried to contact the buyer about this and this is what they said:
They lied about having the account suspended when I had my friend check in game about the account he is now possessing. It still works fine and all so it isn't really suspended, here is proof.
The account was not suspended and if it was, then how come the buyer could still play and even acquired some of recent cards in the game? Also I hold no responsibility since I have already uninstalled the game, that's why I asked my friend to check the buyer's game account in my stead.
Also they mentioned about the account that the WXS lims/limited isn't complete anymore but I don't see why it's my fault since I sold it to the buyer and of course I can't log it in anymore since it's not mine anymore.
Here are the new WXS lims/LIMITED, which was released this year. The old WXS lims/limited issued before are complete but not new ones, please see the issued dates:
