Change Negative Feedback to Neutral or Removing my Negative Feedback

Hi EpicNPC Admin,

I just wanted to clarify something about the negative feedback I received. I feel it’s not entirely fair, and I’d like to kindly ask if it can be changed to a neutral 3-star rating instead of 1 star, although my hope is that it could be removed entirely, if possible.

I admit I made a mistake, but the buyer who left the negative feedback has already received a full refund through PayPal. As a result, my PayPal balance went negative On top of that, the buyer still has the game account I delivered, so they basically got everything back.

Considering that, I hope it’s possible to change the feedback to neutral, especially if removing the negative feedback isn’t an option.

Refunds must be sent willingly to be considered resolved.

Sorry, but since this was through a dispute we would not consider it resolved and the feedback is not eligible to be changed or removed.
