I'm selling my FC House, it's a Large Plot in Shirogane, top of the hill, has an amazing views and has it's own private path to the Hot Springs above ! Market board and summoning bell are just next to it.
FC ownership transfer : I'll invite you to the FC and after 30 days I will give you the ownership. I'll give you privileges on day 1 so you can use everything until the 30d transfer.
House is decorated but if you don't like it, I'll clean it !
- Price: 599 USD (or 550€) open to negotiations
Payment : Paypal. If you want a middleman or Trade Guardian escrow, no problem but buyer cover fees.
