Cashout Question

I'm relatively new to the trade guardian. Used it for the first time yesterday however, I noticed it saying something along the lines of after cashing out you would receive the money within 24 hours or something like that. Its been past 24 hours and I'm just curious to know what has happened. I'd appreciate any information I could get!
