Jayhound 23 (aim) is a scammer, i attempted to resolve the issue over the last 2 1/2 hours and ended up having to call paypal to have the transaction put into claims. He will have you pay in portions (Paypal rep. told me that it makes it so you cant dispute all the $, seeing as you can only have one dispute up on a single transaction to a single person.) because paypal takes a chunk off of the overall payment, but in turn it allows him to bank some amount of whatever you sent him.

None the less i politely asked him to return both transactions of funds i had sent him in paypal he was reluctant and began cursing at me trying to say its my fault because i called him at the # he gave me to contact him (makes no sense i know). In the end he can go buy a candy bar with the 6$ transaction and him and one of his split personalities can get a sugar rush.
