Captcha problem, please help

Hello,

I recently encountered a problem with my account on EpicNPC. When I tried to buy something via Trade guardian, upon verification via Captcha, a message read "account banned, service suspended". I haven't violated any rules.

Same, i got logged out on pc and cant login there. But on my phone where im logged in its fine

Is there a way to contact support off-site if an issue like this occurs?

I couldn’t login at all earlier and contacting support doesn’t work either cause it requires you to check a captcha (but it’s broken).

Couldn’t do anything at all and just had to hope someone else didn’t log off their account so they can post about this issue so it can be resolved.

I actually had this issue and i was able to use the 'contact us' button at the bottom of the website located here: https://www.epicnpc.com/misc/contact Then they fixed my issue

It was this page right? (In the picture I sent) Or was it a different one you’re talking about.

Because I also tried that but the captcha thing kinda makes it so I can’t send the support request.
