Can't verificate my ID

Whenever i try to access to "ID Verification" i'm stuck here, clicking on the start bouton doesn't work

The ID verification process does not work in the Android app, but it should redirect you to your browser if you click it. To complete the process, please use a browser instead. Then you can use the app again.

Well i'm using chrome and brave but none works, never used the app

Bug is only on mobile, you can use desktop to complete the process.
