can't use trade guardian / cant accept trade guardian transaction

Every time I try and use trade guardian I get the following error 'ou do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.'
My phone number is already verified

TG was disabled on your account on June 1st due to an issue with one of your transactions that was eventually resolved. Its been re-enabled.
