Can't Upgrade to Verified.

I followed all the instructions, but it won't let me go to the payment screen. For jpg image it won't even upload. But for png, it did upload but gave me an empty response after. Please help.

The max file size for the image is 900kb, so make sure it's smaller than that. Please try uploading again. After that it should take you to the payment page.
