Can't two factor authenticate?

Hi. Im trying to use google authenticator to authenticate my EpicNPC account. Whenever I get the code from google and type it in it keeps saying authenticator code invalid. Some kind of error?

Hi. When I open up the menu on the left side of my phone’s
corner,it dosent show set code to correct time or anything. It shows the three options “TOS” “Privacy Policy” “Legal Notices”. On top
of the three of them is “Send Feedback”. I’m on iOS if that helps

My brother had the same problem and it was happening because his authenticator was like still inked with his old phone once he was able to get off of his old phone it worked perfectly fine.

I don’t have any device connected to the authenticator though other than my iPhone X.

If you don't see any Sync options, try uninstalling the app, then reinstalling it.

Maybe it's an issue with IphoneX and the Google Authenticator needs to be updated, I'm not sure. If reinstalling the app doesn't work, I'm afraid I'm out of ideas, sorry.
