Can't select PayPal at auction

I can't select the PayPal option when I am trying to create an auction.

When you originally registered, we did not require users to enter a Paypal address. However we have since changed that and it is no longer editable after registration. To update your Paypal address, please send support an email using your Paypal email address and I can update it for you.
