Can't seem to be able to see chat log in Transaction History

I was trying to verify something and I can't seem to see the chat that took place in such transaction. Is this a bug with the new site?

Please explain. Are you talking about a Trade Guardian transaction or the instant chat the old site had?

The chat is still there, but currently disabled. I will be back next week.
