Can't Import my feedbacks from another platform, please help

Hello, this question about feedbacks Import, i try import my feedbacks from elite***** website, i have on this website 250+, but when i finish the import it shows like this.... (check the screenshot). What i do wrong? Absolutely can't understand, sorry if this is stupid.

Epvp made an update and our import feature doesn't work with that site anymore. I manually updated, but we'll have to make a fix to it in the future.
