Can't give other people feedback

Hi sold PoE Exalt few days ago and a FFXIV FB Chocobo mount codes few hour ago. (As Seller)

The other guy (The Buyer) already gives me feedback and I'm trying to give them feedback, but whenever I try to submit it always show:
"You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action." or "You do not have permission to view this page"

It tried to submit feedback via post and directly to their page but it still doesn't work.
I thought it's a site bug but if other can give their feedback to me but I can't then it must be a problem in my account that won't allow me give other people my feedback

Our staff is working on that but it should be fixed. Did you try to attach the correct thread?

I Just tried it again and it still doesn't work and yes I attach the correct thread.

First try: I go to the page and click "+ Submit feedback"
Result: it still doesn't work and only show "You are not allowed to view this page. " and "Oops! We ran into some problems."

Second try: Go to my own feedback stats > Review Chose the buyer and click "+" > put 5 star, deal URL (thread URL), short review and comments > Click add feed back
Result: Also doesn't work it show "Oops! We ran into some problems." and "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."

Third try: Go directly to the buyer account feedback stats page and click Add Feedback
Result: Same "Oops! We ran into some problems." and "You are not allowed to view this page."

I'll try it again later, I hope it will be fixed.

The account has been closed as a security measure. Please click Login > Recovery Options and use the "Unlock" option to reopen it.

I updated the account, once you unlock it you will be able to give feedback.

Members need to verify a phone number before giving feedback. If you're buyer didn't do that, they won't be able to give you feedback.

Your issue is different. I'm not sure what link your clicking, so I can't help. Post the URL here.

To give someone feedback, just click the "submit feedback" button on their sale thread or click their profile and click the "add feedback" button there.
