An update, I got the accout back last nite, guess what, Tauren Warrior transfered to another account. So within 2 hours he got it off to another account. Obviously a scamming jerk off. I will be hunting him for the next year tho...I filed a petition to recall the character. Anyone know about how long that takes?

ugh, it can take a long while. when they finally ask, you are going to have to send them the account retrieval form, which has to have your ID and now has to be notarized, which normally isnt free unless your bank does it ($5 or so at most banks, if yours doesnt do notaries, go to a different one)

las time i heard of this happening, it took almost 2 months to get the character back and close to the previous condition

Yeah i got an email today that says the transfer WILL NOT be reversed...so this damn [censored] gets to get away with my damn account,
I will hunt him down tho...If you are TWV it has your name connected right?

if your scammed by a TWV member, you (i believe) can contact TrustWho with your proof and can get their inforamtion. although i dont know this for sure, i think that if you provide enough proof, you can get it

also, if you go the the transactions page of your original account's transfers, see which account it was xfered to. after you know, call blizzard and ask them to send an email for the Secret Recovery Question Answer Recovery Form (i dont rememebr the real name of the form, just ask), and fill it out, fax it in, and they should give you the SQA. after that, just get the email and PW changed and viola! your toon is back. if its YOUR first and last name on the account, you should be able to get it back without too many problems

That form only works if you have ID to account and can prove you didn't do xfer.

Can take up to 2-3 weeks in my experience.
