cannot watch the active dispute posts including the one i have uploaded

It keep says the message : oops! we ran into some problems. (Dispute Against: No user exist with this username)
It shows to not only mine but every dispute post. Even if i try log out, it shows the : oops! we ran into some problems but now in (Field dispute is not editable)
