Can you have more than one paypal account verified to the same bank

Just a quick question i have run into a few people who filed claims on paypal to get their money. Now paypal has put a limited access on my account and i have to submit a ton of information. Could i just leave that account unactive and make a new one and get it verified to the same bank account.

Paypal has locked damn near everybody's account including mine.

Im not and would not give paypal any of my info. Never keep large amount's of money in a paypal account. The only thing good to do with paypal is order yourself some expensive product's off the internet with paypal then sell them in real life for money to friends family. ect

Paypal is up to something IMO. All of a sudden alot of account's are being locked asking for SSN? [censored] [censored] out of there they prob sell it to asian account renter's. Along with your paypal account name and password.
