Can trade guardian be used for account trades?

When I go to trade guardian the middleman option only has choices for buying and selling.
Me and another person want to trade accounts but none of us have reviews so we went to use trade guardian but there is no trading option. Is there a way for us to use a middleman?

It can be done but you have to pay for the value of the accounts. And let middleman know its a trade.
