Can my customers leave feedback multiple times on my Thread?

Basically are my customers allowed to give feedback 1 or even 2 more times if they have given feedback before but still continue to buy and use my other services?
Mainly 5 star feedback

They can leave multiple feedback as long as there is a transaction for each feedback.
